All day and all of the night: an LGA discussion paper

This report presents the findings from an initial investigation into the concept of 24 hour or night-time economy (primarily driven by the leisure industry) in UK towns and cities. It identifies: the scale of the activity; the advantages and disadvantages; the drivers for this activity; and the relevant issues for different interest groups. Some policy recommendations are then presented.
